We  are  proud  to state that seventy percent of our staff are from the previously disadvantaged community. Our staff have been uplifted from absolutely no chance to self sustained community family units. We have managed to give them the dignity they deserve, through, work, effective ongoing training with the intension of management positions and the sharing in DCI profits.

More importantly, DCI prides itself on human capital and staff retention with ninety percent of our employee complement adding value since inception to over 8 years – this includes 1st generation and 2nd generations. We see this as the backbone of our success and our value add.
