You can also set check out periods and overdue fees. Barcode technology streamlines the check in check out process significantly. STANDARD PC EDITIONS

The Redbeam Check In Check Out Standard Edition is the workstation software application that is loaded onto your PC's or networked onto multiple PC as well as a networked server Installation.

The application allows for 1 user login only or multiple user logins depending on your requirements.

MOBILE PDA EDITIONS

The Redbeam Check In Check Out Tracking Mobile Edition allows for both the "Standard Edition" software program, defined by how many user logins have be purchased - BUT - allows for unlimited Mobile Computer PDA barcode scanners to be synced to the standard version.

The Mobile Edition allows for more versatility and flexibility when adding or capturing inventory items. Using the mobile device, simply scan the item barcode, the client/customer, and move it in or out.

PERFORM UPDATES

Quickly perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC's) to keep asset records up to date. Use standard fields or create up to 50 custom fields, including text, drop-down, date and more. Easily import asset data via Microsoft Excel. Validation ensures with accuracy that all records have been imported. You can also export to Excel from RedBeam.

The software keeps a detailed record of inventory results. As a result, reports provide a wealth of information that can be filtered and grouped as needed. Reports can be downloaded in either a .CSV or .TXT (Text File) formats.
