- STANDARD PC EDITIONS
The Redbeam Fixed Asset Tracking Standard Edition is the workstation software application that is loaded onto your PC’s or networked onto multiple PC as well as a networked server Installation.
The application allows for 1 user login only or multiple user logins depending on your requirements.
- MOBILE PDA EDITIONS
The Redbeam Fixed Asset Tracking Mobile Edition allows for both the “Standard Edition” software program, defined by how many user logins have be purchased – BUT – allows for unlimited Mobile Computer PDA barcode scanners to be synced to the standard version.
The Mobile Edition allows for more versatility and flexibility when adding or capturing assets, and especially helpful when doing an annual inventory through many locations. To update asset records, simply choose the fields you want to update and sync with the mobile computer Barcode technology streamlines the physical inventory process significantly. Using the mobile device, simply scan the barcode location, scan the assets in that location, and move on to the next room. If an asset is new or has moved, the system will let you know. When finished, you see right on the handheld if you’ve missed any assets to prevent you from having to revisit them later.
- ENTERPRISE EDITION
The Redbeam Fixed Asset Tracking Enterprise Edition is the cost effective way of allowing for unlimited user logins. It also allows for unlimited mobile devices being connected, as well as RFID capability.
